Re-define the meaning of "Add" Damage - unclear, if at least 1 DMG, from Base, is needed

Here some emotional ADD: Since i love the System of Damage-Conversion, i experiment a lot by reconstructing Base-Damage to Mitigation. But all in all i dont know if "Add 50 Lighning Damage" is affecting the Conversion, by having a build what not ever has Skills or working Synergies for convert this stat to (as example: Chaos), since not at least 1 DPS is dealt by some Mechanics (watching "Avatar of Fire"-Node, saying "No other Damage than Fire but 75% of all Damage converted.) Update: It definitly seems like that when one uses "Add X Lightning Damage to Attacks" it is not affected to Conversion when a skill is meant to be adding it from Lightning to Fire. Normally i should get for ~203 convertional DPS to the Weapondamage by having "add 143 Lighning..." + "add 95 Fire..." + "60 Physical.." -> 203 * 0,75 -> ~152 add to Fire. What means it is at least an Upgrade of 5 Meleeranks meant to be a Substituion and using "Avatar of Fire" and taking the max-lucky-hit. Relating to poewiki's (poe2db.tw) Calculations, the increasing is meant from LvL 30 Magma Barrier originated. Cause an "Attack" uses "Weapons", but MagmaBarrier refers to a "Shield" it is either not correct to calculate with Weapon-DPS at all, or your Conversion is not working as you describe it. So i expect the Conversion is not working as you describe it. BUT: As it is nowhere mentioned, your Way out of this facting Misere would be to release a description for the Iterative Process how Legendary Passive-Tree Points take affect on the Gems-Authority.
