Trading in POE2 Sucks

The first page or two of the trade site is always full of price fixers looking to scam people into underselling valuable items.
GGG needs to be more proactive in maintaining a fair marketplace as the vision outlined in community chats is not the reality. There is no rich interaction, there is no incredible value gained out of fishing for someone to respond to a request. The system is literally being rigged by conglomerates and it's screwing over the casual player. It's incredibly frustrating. In POE1 it seems like it worked but in POE2 it seems to have been taken to all new levels and extremes. Suggestions -- -- GGG if this is your vision you need to actively manage it. This hands off approach you've taken is not good for your game. The currency exchange is a good start but the real engine is the website. Filter out results that are clearly outside a standard deviation from the norm. -- Allow the user to filter out the prices that are clear outliers -- tell us what the median price is, tell us what the average price is .. this simple list is not sufficient. " I hear you and trading is horrible for those who cant / dont want to be hideout warriors. The price fixing, afk, bots, scamming nonsense all needs to end but GGG setting prices or controlling the market in any way is not the answer. An AH is the answer. Price fixing is gone when that happens. AFK is gone when that happens. Scamming is gone when that happens. Only thing left are the bots which if I need to tell you that GGG needs to target and ban these bots then I dont know what to tell you. Long story short, the AH in game fixes all of it. Still have to purchase premium tabs so they get their money. They need to insta ban all the bots. Even when the game goes free they have to buy a tab then get banned right away. Its the only way this madness stops. |

I hope they at least give us a good enough trading system in 0.3 bcs apparently, they still don't want an auction house in the game, and the new trading system would be something "unique to poe"
