I wrote their support for, surprise support and got the following response:
"Hi there,
Thank you for the message and I am sorry to hear about this issue. Unfortunately we are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause."
Maybe it's time to find another game to throw money at.
Huh? Wow, did it really say this (i mean, i have known for a long time, that the replies have mostly been automated bs) but just wow. Not offering support at all?
That actually does insinuate the game may as well be dead. Yet, there was an awful lot of cash that got passed around for EA.?
Hmm. Just wow.
You should check out their website. Literally hiring for all positions..... which implies they suddenly had a bunch of people leave.

They literally don't care any more. I think morale is shot or something after the poor reception of poe2.

Its because those remaining employees are forced to work overtime (literally slaving away their lives) because GGG doesn't want to spend money on hiring more people.
Didn't GGG apologize 4 months ago , saying ''we hired A LOT people to help out with tickets, no more waiting'' and now suddenly they don't offer any ticket support...

GGG have not offered TECHNICAL support for many years. They will ask you to post in the forum - it is us users who help resolve what we can when we can.
Other support is still available, e.g account support etc.

Other support is still available, e.g account support etc.
Doenst invalidate the main topic of the post. Servers are trash.

Frankfurt server insanely bad, Milan server is good in the morning up until early afternoon then it gets progressively worse by the midnight. I think servers just can't handle the traffic for some reason.
