Enemy Health/Damage against Parties

Not sure if anyone else has experienced this but it feels like there has been some shift in how an enemy's health/damage is calculated when in a party that makes it suddenly a wide jump from what it is like facing said enemy solo. It only seems to be recently I would say within the past month or so that I've noticed this but, in many instances where a friend and I are working through a pretty standard (some might even consider on the lighter side) Tier 15 Waystone - mind you one with at least 1-2 revives and without any form of boost from Deliriums or Corruption and yet when taking on the boss both can barely get the boss health down by a 1/4 or a 1/3 of what it is full before we're both obliterated. Turn around, however, and going at it solo for whomever opened the map finds it to be a breeze taking on the boss with no issues and even hardly gets hit doing so. Has something been adjusted possibly in this area of the game that might need to be looked at? It just feels like bosses should either have a slight increase in their difficulty going against them solo so you're better prepared or even wary taking them on in a party or perhaps their bump they get while against a party might be scaled a little too high?

Its ridiculously off.

I know that any build running one shot screen clear capabilities isnt even going to notice this really, as far as i can tell, however, for general purpose builds, that do OK on their own, as soon as joining just a single person, its uhhhh ... way the fuck off is all i can say.

I smoke showed the viper in cruel on my way through campaign on my warrior... In chat the other day, a guy was asking for help with viper, i decided sure wth... i beat viper over 25 levels ago ...

I joined him, and much to my fucking shock, it took me the entirety of her goons closing the wall every stage, until the last, before i just whittled her down in time.

WTF is that even...?

My gear, my stats, my everything way up and over when i solo'd it.

Maybe its the 'autoscaling' shit they have on party settings? Not sure.

It is the autoscaling.
Well Autoscaling wouldn't be the issue if both of the chars approaching the boss are within 5 levels of each other. It just seems to be tipped a little bit ridiculously in favor of tanking up the boss when there's just one more person added. Maybe I'm mistaken and that's the way it's supposed to feel but it just seems like you have to go from 0-100 in regards to dodge mechanics and what would normally just take you or the other person a couple minutes is now going on for 10x that amount of time with one of you ending up one shot somehow. Just seems silly if during the campaign understandable that an enemy close to your level or a couple levels above would one shot you but, when you're that far in end game and you're what, 14-16 levels above enemies you're finding in maps is there ever a time where you're not one-shot just because you didn't see some sigil forming in the ground under you? Just seems skewed which, I suppose is the point but, that is why I figured I'd put this up here to get feedback on maybe my expectations are not geared properly or maybe I'm not geared properly lol.
