Item Locking in Inventory and/or Stash

Sometimes I like to run different setups while mapping as I'm sure many players do. A set for rarity or bossing, etc and I often worry when finishing a map and selling or disenchanting items I will accidentally delete an item I am carrying. If it is possible to add the ability to lock an item in the inventory or stash, this would be a huge relief as I know I won't make a mistake.
