Moscow server huge spikes

Right now, 22:16 Astana, Kazakhstan time; on Moscow server. Huge spikes, what is wrong with servers???

Tried to clear chat? "/clear", can help with lag spikes

" Haahahah, Thanks! :D it didn't help against spikes, but from 60 ms, now it's 50 :D still goes from 50 to 250 and it's unplayable on Hardcore mode, but interesting how chat log "/clear" helps a bit -_- :D |
