Just look at top right corner, first video taken few minutes before patch, second few minutes after the patch

On the second part of the video, your shaders are being compiled.
Discrepancies FPS can be encountered on first run after a new patch.
Whole of shaders are going to be recompiled on first run and it can be impactfull on FPS. On next runs, it going to be improved at FPS level.

The best part of their patch notes is them thinking the problematic areas are in the campaign acts. Umm, yeah NO. You missed the mark there. How about maps with pack size and, I don't know, breach and especially DELIRIUM?

I personally felt the performance was improved and I am not getting any more stutters. My laptop fans dont kick into overdrive and it's a few degree coolers.
