The WORST change since release - reversed category tiering on items

I cant believe my eyes.
I simply cant.

WTH , did you reverse the tiering on items ?

We level character from level 1 to level 100, RIGHT ?
Map tier are going from tier 1 to tier 15, RIGHT ?

so why we are seing T10/T9 numbers on starting gear ?


WHY ?
Why is this reversed now ?
Its confusing as hell.

Revert it back, or reverse ALL other. Let us start from level 100 and downgrade our char to level 1.

I was orienting using the tiering on items here and there, before this change.

RN, Im simply ignoring the tiering numbers, because it DOESNT MAKE ANY sense.
Its the only counting thats reversed.
Like WHY ?

Why does it not make sense lmao? it makes it so you can easily see if you got the best roll on an item. Dont you want that? instead of checking websites all the time to see if the rolls is the best tier or just guessing or speculating, like what?

This is level 20 item.
Its reversed.
Yesterday there were T2/T3 categories.
RN its confusing and makes NO SENSE at all.

As already mentioned, you can now better see if you have the best tier on an item. T0 is the highest.
I like the change, because now i dont have to look if T8 or T9 is the highest possible tier.
Just get used to it.

I am also confused and probably will stay confused, but here me out.

How do you know how high a stat can roll on your item ?

If you know that T0 is always the best, you can pick that as the maximum and tbh you don't care if there is a T20 as the shittiest.

but if they reverse the logic, then you can't tell what the best tier for an item is.

Therefore i recommend to just get used to it. I don't understand why GGG didn't changed the waystones aswell...

You want to check websites all the time to know if that mod is the max tier?
