Can't finish trhe Quest "Ascent to Power" - PLEASE HELP!!!

Hello, I can't finish the quest and need help. It's frustrating...

In act2 I already finished Balbala. But somehow I can not teleport via the Desert Map to the Diamond of the Trailof the Sekhemas. I have coins. I beat Balbala serveral times but the Diamond is not existing.

Can someone help? How can I finish this quest to get finally access to the currency exchange market? Because this one is also not availabel at Alva in the Endgame. And as far as I know, I must finish all quests to get access.

In Act 2 you first need to open the Halani Gates before being able to enter the Trials of the Sekhemas - look also at the (currently last) answer in Sekhemas- talk to zarka-.

Or are you talking about the open quest in Cruel Act 2? Just ignore this quest, it's still on the Known Issues list:

- Ascent to Power quest text in Cruel Act 2 is misleading.

And for getting access to the Currency_Exchange try to talk to Finn in Cruel Act 1 (Act 4).

Yes I opened the Halani Gates and finished the Trails of the Sekhemas in Act 2 (normal and cruel). But good to know I can ignore it.

I also talked to Finn in Act 4. But the currency exchange market is still not listed when I talk to Alva in my home base. Any ideas what else I have to check, talk to or whatever to get access?

Are you on a character that has access to the Exchange when trying to talk to Alva in your hideout, and has that character reached Alva in Act 6?

In hideout, Alva only provides access to the Exchange for characters that have themselves unlocked the requirements. I'm not sure what happens if you have reached Act 4/5, but have Alva showing up in hideout (from act 3 I suppose) without reaching her in Act 6.

If you were to create a new character, they wouldn't even see Alva in your hideout.
