EU Server issues - lag spikes, desync, disconnects -> try US servers (100+ ping)

Servers fail randomly but often more with people playing.

What happens:

A) The game starts lagging increasingly.
(Travel skills are a good early indicator or when you have sudden increases in speed or even teleport (desync)).

and / or:

B) You get logged out while playing.
(At any point when everything was fine till then.)



Reconnecting to your character does fail.
('Error: failed to join any instances'.)
(Rarely even logging in does not work.)

Map progress is failed instead of saved!
(Even if you never managed to load into the map.



The workaround:
Try switching to the US servers (Washington, D.C. has about 100ms ping) if you can stomach a slight delay between your input and game action.

Same issue. Lost 2 divs and a bunch of other loot- thx ggg! Super rewarding to use hours to setup triple tower area and nice juiced maps just to get booted and loose all the items and the maps are failed. [Removed by Support]

took me quite a while to find 4t setup to prepare it all and to get going and rip most juiced maps to dc's... awesome . Please change this stupid tower setuping system or make it more consitent , also ye fix servers pls ty .

Absolute insane how quick you guys are removing some harsh words, but are not able to communicate to us about a problem thats going on for effing months. You guys are completely out of touch with your customers! But I guess we are just playing it wrong, right Joanna?
