Ps5 patch update don’t appear

A friend can’t download the ps5 patch. Is there any known issue or a solution for this?

Yeah still nothing. I don't understand what the issue is since some people are able to patch while most aren't

Just figured I'd bump this and say I also have this issue.
Tried redownloading the game, switching my internet to a different internet incase it was a DNS cache issue.
Nothing has helped.
I'm in North America. My friend in Canada can play and has been playing for several hours.
