its not a nerf its deleting something that shouldnt have been there in the first place :P

Your servers are still garbage. These are the US servers. All weekend hitting lag spikes on DC and Texas. 500mbp download speed so it’s not me.

i really miss when you didn't kill stuff mid league.

like i understand you made something that was unintended but people spend a lot of time and energy to do these things.

there was a time when we as a community made lots of immortal builds you let them stay for a league before gutting them.

people dont understand the difference between a nerf and a game breaking exploit, lol

also, nvidia's drivers are a total shitshow now

if you do not have 5xxx card, the latest working driver is from December 5th

and if you have 5xxx card, well tough luck xD

e: i've ran 15 blight ravaged since the patch.. no flickering no nothing but the usual fps drops that happens when my cpu caps out.... RTX 2070

How about merc's curses? They practically don't cast if you apply your curse on an enemy

I tried everything to get him to apply the buff again, he still puts his hands up like he's casting a buff, but no buff is applied, tried with CDR gear, all kinds of duration gear, no weapons, low life, taking damage, showing or hiding auras in UI, nothing seems to work. I guess they just straight up disabled the buff somehow, because it looks like he's still attempting to cast it. Before I was able to get him to use Prismplate on CD if I was not on full life, now when I enter a combat area he will put his hands up once when he becomes active, and then never again unless I am actively fighting something, before he would just use it on CD. it's like they added 100% less duration to the buff and then changed the casting parameters or something. No idea how they could have bricked Prismplate this hard by just changing the CD of the immortal buff.

I also did damage reduction tests vs caster skeletons in the acts to test and make sure the buff was not just invisible or the icon broke or something. i took identical damage with the merc fake casting the buff and with the merc reserved in town.
