Suggestions of ANCIENT AEGIS passive node!

Thous there are a lot of complaints about balance between Armour ES and Life defences and since the bug already exist almost 5 months now, it is the right time for Devs to decide carefully the future of this passive node.

Personally i suggest the following reasonable change:

(Option 1)
100% increased armour from the equipped body armour
50% increased Life from the equipped body armour

(Option 2)
100% increased armour from the equipped body armour
30% increased Life from the equipped body armour
30% increased ES from the equipped of-hand gear

(Option 3)
6% more armour from the equipped body armour
60% increased Life from the equipped body armour
2% more ES from the equipped of-hand gear

(Option 4)
6% more armour from the equipped body armour
150% increased Life from the equipped body armour
3% more ES from the equipped of-hand gear
5% less movement speed
4% reduced attack speed

(Option 5)
60% increased armour from the equipped body armour
+1000 Life
3% more Evasion rating
4% reduced attack speed

(Option 6)
80% increased armour from the equipped body armour
+300 Life
10% of Armour also applies to all Elemental damade taken from hits.
3% reduced skill speed



These are some ideas for boosting a little bit life defence that has balance issues compared to ES and Mana and will benefiting Warrior,Marauder,Templar and new coming Druid class.

It's a good idea and avoids further nerfs of ES. Some nodes with ES should change and replaced with Life and Evasion defences. Since ES not working, isn't running balance of build's.

I like options 4 & 5 thous there's nonexistent Life for some classes and options are rare and far in passive tree.
ES shouldn't be nerfed, instead Life should reach the values of ES...

I hope Devs one day will understand this and fix the balance.

Indeed where ever you can see in P.Tree there is only "increased ES". We want actually not only increased life p.nodes but pure addable Life points with p.nodes. For example +200 Life in small passives and +500 to passive nodes. In the area of warrior should be the most of them but small also to Merc and Deadeye.
Not a best idea to make armor VIABLE choice through the ONLY ONE passive. Some changes in the physical reduction formula, more HP per STR and, maybe, elemental damage reduction via armor would be more "smooth".

Indeed STR should count as 5 points of Life and more options about elemental damage via armour should given in P.tree. especially in Warrior's area.

Overall it's not a bad idea to change the Aegis since a lot of options in ES are given in P
+1 we have seen a lot of passive ES lately. It's to change the whole P.treeand see some increased Life passives.

Nerfing ES isn't bring balance. Devs should start adding new modifiers to existing passives and make them stronger especially in the beginning of each class. They are too weak.

+1. Modifiers are in some small passives very weak. Devs can add increases to Life points to them. It's a good way to balance ES and Life avoiding the nerfs.
Chaos Inoculation more than deserves what's coming
