7. Passive tree benefits only specific builds and there's no build diversity.

8. Passives are small in amount. Need at least 130 for some builds. Or f...g fix the balance."

The worst of all is generally the balances. This game mixed a lot of parameters, so keeping balance isn't easy and need careful and deep minded work.

+1 for me too. No point to stay in game if feeling that justice is ruining the experience play.

Devs stopped Herald proc. Why the hell stopped the most fun thing in the game. I mean it's ok to nerf them by lowering the damage but not allowing proc is not just a punishment but genocide of poe2 customers.

I submit a change in death penalties. It should be made so that every time you die a random piece of gear loses a mod line. If a single piece of gear loses 3 mod lines then the entire piece is deleted from the game.


Omen of amelioration would be changed to act like a crafting orb and can be put on ONE piece of gear at a time and once it's consumed (instead of a mod line) that piece can no longer have one applied.

You know.

GGG can get unstuck from their 1990's mindset with this out-dated, archaic and frankly stupid mechanic.

that is not the point, the point is xp loss on death and unbalanced mobs

agree it would definitely be less painful with actually balanced games and Monsters, that would make the xp seem like its more fair and your own fault instead of bs


What would actually make it feel "more fair" is for them to really lean into the "Dark Souls of ARPG's" and make it so that when you die you can get back to your corpse and get your XP back.

If you die trying to do that then it's lost for good.

I've been angry at Souls games before when I've lost several levels of souls, but the truth was I was mad at myself for being foolish in the first place.

I've never once felt cheated by souls games and I've lost countless souls in them.

I've felt downright robbed countless times by POE

On the other hand you have those who complain about dying so much it has this much of an impact while also being able to get busted gear from poe.trade.
Make it make sense.

Abysmal XP gain is a problem in this game past 90, but losing XP from dying too much is not.



Yeah man, just don't die to the weird rare mod combinations that can totally blindside you.

Don't run content you've been safely running for dozens of hours then get 1-shot by a random off screen monster that's a hard count

I mean those HCSSF dudes do it all the time.

You act like the very second they fall below 50% health they hit the escape button and log out to character select.

Or that many of them use a macro to do that so protect them from dying.

Oh wait a minute... they ALL do EXACTLY that.

That and make it a bannable offense to use a macro to log out to character select while in combat.

Nah. We haven't had pause for more than 12+ years in PoE 1 and managed just fine.

This has nothing to do with pause.

No. Experience loss is a good thing, especially in Path of Exile. I don't play HC, nor I care if I die, therefore I don't pause at all. I just make the experience back if I "have to" level up, not a big deal.

If you die on repeat then there is a bigger chance is a build problem than a balance issue. Unless you die on repeat to same type of mob and a different map, then yes is a balance issue, the mob is probably over tuned or interacts weirdly with some modifier.

If I want to play with no experience loss and so, I would have installed a sandbox.

Nothing about the game needs to be made easier. It's ok for some enemies to be strong in a video game, that means they're memorable which is a good thing.

Just keep playing standard then, if you want nothing changed. You see? now im using the same way of handling/responding as you clankers who say the game is good as it is.
I agree its okay to have challenging enemies i like challenge i played almost all souls games and beat sekiro.
I dont want the game to be easy that is not the problem i don't like easy games. The problem is that almost all the mobs are "memorable"/very annoying to deal with maybe not on 1on1 encounters but with over 100 mobs on screen it's obnoxious.
You must be insane if you have read my entire post and still think that nothing needs to change.
