As someone noted if you are getting the 403 error keep restarting the update. All the data you downloaded before the 403 error will NOT have to be updated again. So if you got 10% before the error when you restart you'll only have 90% more to DL. Keep an eye on how many GB the download is. Each time you restart it should be lower.

Well spotted, you're right.

I was thinking it was restarting but the total file size is going down.

Still annoying & doesn't bode well for stability but at least it's getting there.

Finally finished the update after restarting a number of times. Now in the queue with only 13,188 people before me. :) I wonder who is number 1? Or even top 20.

I'll say it again...keep restarting the download! Whatever you dl'd before the error will be saved. It's not great, but it beats nothing.
