Bug: Improving the Gem Quality of Fragmentation Rounds Does Not Work

Was gonna make a new post but just bumping this.

I can't believe how slow these fixes are.

agreed, it's really disappointing this bug is still in-game considering it's easy to fix.

not sure what to think at this point. 0.3 was about 5 months ago. I've seen this issue pointed out on Reddit as well but it seems there's no motivation to address this
