Even after the 0.3c patch it's still unusable...I hoped to make a build around it but ggg just said no you wont

the between time is 1.2 seconds
how can this to be used in real fight, just a un useable skill |

Except for a new bug i'm experiencing (Every instance swap spell gets removed from hotbar) it's fine i'm playing it atm works great now. Get some reduced skill effect duration (1 Wheel 1 anoint is enough).
