Add an option to disable Sprint

+1. Knock down very long. Easy being stun. Delay after stop sprint.
(And checkpoint far from another make game more uncomfortable, terrible)

Happens so often that i try to dodge and instead sprint right into the middle of a pack and neraly get killed.

It's good that we have sprint now but it should be on its own button.
blink and sprint = death

add key "disable sprint" in skills or options
Wanted to use Blink and pretty much 90% of the time I held the key a millisecond too long and my character is exiting blink in running motion, stumbling into something and gets stunned. Feels extremely clunky and pretty deadly in combat.

I also think there needs to be some reconsideration whether running into random obstacles should stun character. Due to this sprint is only really useful in large empty spaces.

Overall I had terrible experience with sprint. Conceptually it is a neat idea but it definitely needs a separate key. There are situations I want to dodge roll or Blink a lot, but not sprint, and then there are situations I just want to sprint, there was pretty much never a time I wanted to do both with the same action.
If separate key cannot be added then, please, for love of all that's holy, add an option to disable it.
Option to unbind. So it is one button for those who want it and two buttons for those that don't. Personally I would like both available, depending on what I'm doing.

The only reason I can think of not having this option would be console button restrictions. So if that is roadblock, at least until a better solution is apparent, disabling sprint should be an option.

Grace period seems like a band aid fix, even if it is useful for some people.

I think some other aspects should be reconsidered as well, such as the way defenses function both while sprinting and while being heavy stunned during sprinting. The way this works with regular heavy stun buildup is fine, where there is noticeable impact before the heavy stun, but with sprinting, I think the falling down is enough penalty.

Agree that sprint is good QOL, and agree that there needs to be knocking down to prevent from it being overused in combat, but there are some some things to improve.
