Ritual Altars not spawning on some maps

Same problem on my end in Confluence.

Happened to me on an Abyssal overrun cleansed Riverhold map with Map boss, Breach, Rituals and kill rares. Completed the map and the extra content and cleared the fog of war from entire map. No ritual found. T15 corrupted map with max affixes.

This also happened earlier with a Bluff Precursor Tower map with Overrun Abyss, Breach and Ritual Altars. T16 map with max affixes, delirium and corrupted.

Same here! abyss+ritual on global map,no on actual map

Same here on map "Mire", expedition and Abyss spawned correctly, Ritual missing. Bug Report ID: #1292366055

Another 2 instances here. Sadly I wasn't paying attention to the map names. These were maps that were influenced by TWO towers and two Ritual tablets each.
