BLASPHEMY - Not working

the reason I felt a video was necessary is there has been countless threads made about this gem being bugged since launch of 0.1, but it wasn't actually bugged until 0.3 to my knowledge. Just many newer players not understanding the gems mechanics, or spirit mechanics etc..

Buddy, the problem is that the new swap mechanic bricks this spirit stone, and none of the curses inside it work anymore. This issue has only gotten worse with the latest patch, since a new bug was added on top of it. And it doesn’t depend on the amount of spirit, trust me. My swap for single-target bleed spear doesn’t work because of this, even though that setup doesn’t use this stone at all. The only workaround is to make a new Blasphemy spirit gem and move everything there. I’ve literally piled up a huge number of these gems because of this bug.

If you expand the skill dps arrow there is a check box for weapon sets. Glad you mentioned this cause it led me to find this and fix it! It was driving me crazy!!!

Edit: False alarm...it activates the skill again but no aura actually present on my character

+1 - have tried equip of different curses, setting weapon sets 1 only, 2 only, 1&2. have tried all above without support gems. No dice this skill gem does not work.

From the screenshot I can tell that you have increased quality on the gem.

That is the problem.

Quality on Blasphemy breaks it. I tested it 2 times now.
The same bug seems to also exist with other skills.

It is not unique to Blasphemy

To fix, go to blasphemy, tick all your weapon sets on all the skills. I had same problem and fixed it this way. weapon swap fucks up the gem somehow.
