Silver Coin disappeared

I can confirm this has happened to me today. 17/12/2025.

Did the quest, collected the silver coin, received the passive points, used them - Travlled back to ship by clicking return to ship. Coin gone. But now I have no coin to throw in the well thing. So I can't progress and get the mana buff. Not sure how to fix.

Weird bug, hope you get resolution.

My coin disappeared as soon as I clicked on the Tattoo of Hinekora. They were next to each other in my inventory, so I saw it happen.

Mine disappeared too, I got the coin then went and afk'd in town before completing the quest and when I came back I did the dungeon again and got the item at the end. When I went back to town because I couldn't give her the coin - I thought I had to reset the instance and the coin disappeared when I went to town again and its not in the area with Navali.
