Xesht Completion Bug

Encountered this bug today. Stuck saying to talk to Zolin. I can talk to Zolin and select "Pushing back" and go through the spiel, but he doesn't complete the quest. He also does not have a quest indicator above his head.

Same bug here, quest status stuck because i joined a mappers Xesht before doing my own.

I am shocked that this bug still exists. I have so many quests to do so, so it's annoying to see that unsolvable task.
