Trial of Sekhema and the need for a special build
My character is pretty tanky at level 68, so i tried Sekhema.
First thing is, you start with 1000 honour. Second thing is, there are many enemies that spawn non dodgeable lightning storms, each hit take around 200 honour. The conclusion is, Sekhema is not made for non meta builds, which is a very bad game experience. That means i have to completly respec my passives, buy new equipment for meta like builds just to do Sekhema for 2 asc passive points, is this really the way to go? ขุดครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อ 30 ก.ย. 2025 16:08:17

You need relics for honour resistance. Your maximum honour depends on your maximum life and energy shield. Your armour mitigates some honour loss I believe. Are you using any relics?

And this is the problem, i use mana shield, i have ~1000 life and 3000 mana and 1000 honour. This is what i mean you need special builds.
Yes, i use relics, but their impact is pretty low, if you dont run meta builds. |

you do not need a special build to run sekhemas.

If i wouldn't need a special build, i would just finish this trial, but as i said, you start with 1000 honour and the enemies spawn non dodgeable lightning storms, the first hit takes around 200 honour.

" Are you doing your 2nd ascend as you are lvl68..If so dont do it on Sekhema instead get your 2nd ascend on trial of chaos.. |

I tried to get my fifth and sixth point, aka Asc 3.
But what is the point (pure) melee or manashield builds, if you simply can't do the content. What is the of build diversity. |

I got my 3rd ascendency just fine on a warrior in a level 70 trials.
I just did what other people suggested and used honour resistance relics only. A rolling slam main skill warrior is probably the farthest from a meta build. B E E F

Sekhemas can be done with any build.
There are other things about the trial that are bad, like the fact that you can brick a run by no fault of your own by getting RNG-bullied into bad afflictions, but that has nothing to do with build choice and usually only happens on floor 3+ runs. If you're doing 2 floors, or doing it for the first time at level 22, there's no excuse. It is fundamentally a skill check - you need to learn how to play without getting hit, or dealing with the hits you do take, like using a shield. That's the bottom line. Evasion builds are usually recommended because the "don't get hit" part is baked into the first line of defense but it's doable with any build if you're dodge & weave-y enough. |

" I suggest you get a carry or do chaos. No specific build struggles with sekhemas. Mash the clean
