EU Servers lagging like crazy after update?

My mates say its like their characters are wearing ice skates... i feel the same.... i tried, ALL the different EU servers, same damn shit, what gives?

Same here for Washington D.C. server in the US. Just came from another game with no problems. Local network is just fine.
