FIX the http 403 error while downloading on standalone client please! It happened 4 times already.

I wonder how many people realize the 403 errors are because you crazies are all trying to download the patch all at once.

steam update drop speed to 0 very often and often using like 10% of maximum download speed. maybe some patch server issues...
