Temper Weapon doesn't work with talismans

"Talismans (Talismen?) are no longer martial weapons (according to their help text). They are still melee weapons though. I was surprised as well, when I couldn't use Wind Dancer."

They are still Martial weapons according to the Martial Weapons tool tip.

No melee weapon in their tooltip says if they are martial weapons or not. If talismans are not martial weapons, then almost every rune that says "martial weapon" shouldn't work with them, but they do. This is an injustice to bears! Let us temper the paws!
