Ketzuli, High Priest of the Sun crash

Just encountered this issue. I'm playing on PC with a controller.

I get hit by the red beam, instantly the game crashes, I relaunch the game, the same paused session still exists, I reconnect, I instantly continue getting hit by the same beam, instant crash again.

It has done this every single time I have gotten hit by this attack all 2 or 3 times I have attempted this fight.

How is this issue still in the game? Isn't Act 4 already out? Shouldn't this be fixed before they move on? It's utterly game-breaking.

So I had the same issue (while playing mouse/keyboard). I tried logging back in 3 times and it immediately crashed me again. I then opened the installation folder (Steam\steamapps\common\Path of Exile 2) and ran the PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe as admin. it for some reason let me finish the fight. I don't know if that actually fixed it or if it was a coincidence though. worth a try if anyone else is having this issue

Confirmed that running PathOfExile_x64Steam.exe as an admin resolves this issue for now.

I can't continue this game , because it's always crashing on PS5 when fighting Ketzuli
Is there a way to solve the problem?
