Reinstalled - stash tab list stays pinned open every time I swap chars or login

Reinstalled POE 2 (did it twice even) to see if that would improve loading times (meh), and now having this small issue where my inventory stash tab list is always pinned open when I first start. If I unpin it respects all the new zones but if I swap characters or logout and back in it's back to pinned open -- can't seem to get it to stay unpinned ?!

Also does it in same session if I get the gears type crash
