b580 vulkan crash

I'm lucky enough to have a friend lend me his 1660 super and oh boy I can play around 50-60FPS with FSR performance, and transition to mapping

no more sudden fps drops when I pop my shield wall or play with plant druid

thinking of just replacing my b580 to an NVIDIA card if this is how GGG wants to approach this issue or lack thereof.

I haven't seen anyone else talk about this, but I logged in for the first time in ... weeks? And Vulkan is now working on my B580.

I did also do a driver update recently, but I'm not sure if that fixed it.
