Well, i already know the differences with his setup, i just want to know whats making the biggest difference. Example: if he takes off his CoE and spell shield does his dps drop by 40k?

@fer, I'm fairly sure your accuracy is in the dumpster.

And yeah, it used to be about 20k extra on top of a 50k base so 40k sounds bout right.

40kish sounds about right to be honest, keep in mind spell damage adds A LOT with coe, for example 70% spell damage on a shield adds 70% elemental AND 70% phsycial.

Also by looking at your gear you don't seem to have the greatest accuracy, which that makes a good bit of difference too.

that's not true. COE affects only attack damage directly, not elemental damage. Elemental damage gets the boost from the higher attack damage due to Weapon Elemental Damage.

Auras scale with Attack and Elemental Damage, not with Spelldamage

the attack dmg effects any dmg source, both of you mean the same ^^

The short version here is that CoE is still f*cking ridiculously good. <3 it forever.

I am not sure about the weapon elemental damage part..

If u use a pair of face breakers, weapon elemental damage wont help ut dps, whilst xrown of eyes will still boost ur elemental attack damage if you have spell damage...

yea coz of higher attack damage from CoE the elemental Aura like hatred s also higher
