agreed with this.

its a good compromise so that IF you're lucky and hit a ms mod, its always at worst an upgrade from the older ones that you've out leveled

not too keen with ms being implicit directly

I also want "Increased Rarity of items found" to be implicit to gloves and helmets. (lighter is better)

I have been scouring Act 1 for +Movement Speed, what do I get instead? A unique helmet with -10% Movement Speed. I'm now back to playing PoE1 until this mess is sorted out.

Something I have been saying amongst my friend group for years.

Movement speed should just be removed from most ARPG's as an affix stat. It can be considered the most powerful stat in any game to an extent and becomes mandatory in most cases on Footwear.

Characters should just move at a DECENT speed from the start and leave it at that. You can have temp move speed buffs for class/skill effects and maybe some based on class like in certain sections of the passive tree or ascendency.

Agreed. I can make it work with 15% if I have to, but I don't feel comfortable below 20% and would prefer 25% or 30% on boots if possible. I trash any pair of magic/rare boots that doesn't have at least 25% movement speed on it immediately post-Cruel.
No, why it would only work like this ??
