Sure, there are about 5% of weird characters in every PoE2 criticism thread who enjoy pointless suffering. Make a separate BDSM-difficulty mode for them.

Naw its just that the complainers are on the forums. People that enjoy the game are not spamming here.

This is feedback that will help GGG make the game better. That's what early access is for.
Right now PoE2 has too many issues that prevent us from enjoying the game.

And people come to the forum because the game has a lot of problems, and the game design does not provide answers to many questions.

Is it still a big ugly Gambling Simulator?

I have already stopped playing for a while already.

I'm now knee-deep in Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries, with plenty DLCs on sales right now. MW5, is less of a Gambling Simulator lol. If I want high Tier weapons, I just need to up my reputation, accept riskier contracts and whack high difficulty maps. It will have lesser low tier stuffs and much more T3 or T4 or max Tier weapons, equipment and heavier mechs for salvage at the end of the mission.

MW5 don't crash my system and my CPU + GPU is better utilized to deliver quality gameplay, UNLIKE POE2.


I play games to enjoy achievable moments after a gruelling day job. I seek Fun and entertaining titles. I get it some people enjoy hardship and punishments and perhaps the current state of POE2 is for you.

At least 75% of D2 fans I've seen already left this game.
