Accept accountability and fix your game already.

Always someone else's fault...
No it isn't "DDoS" No it isn't a "routing issue" No it isn't an "ISP issue" No it isn't a "hardware issue" Yes, bugs & conflicts happen, but your refusal to take accountability for obvious, long-term issues is ridiculous; and been the norm for years now. Since 0.3.0b I crash almost every (9/10) time I change zones, with "unexpected disconnect". It is abundantly clear either your servers are made of Tofu, or your back-end is fundamentally buggy and broken. Either way, this is your issue to fix. This same issue has been reported by others since launch. Trying to blame anything "out of your control" is ridiculous. Our routing did not magically change after 10 years, coinciding exactly with your random patch date. Stop pretending already and just accept your responsibility and fix it. แก้ไขล่าสุดโดย Chalace2#1463 เมื่อ 8 ต.ค. 2025 10:59:40 ขุดครั้งสุดท้าย เมื่อ 17 ต.ค. 2025 19:34:55

I experienced such issues in 0.1 and 0.2, but 0.3 has been plain sailing. In fact, I don't recall experiencing a single disconnect during this league (minus my own ISP hiccups). London/Amsterdam/Frankfurt servers, for what it's worth.
So at least as far as western EU is concerned, it seems like they've made some strides. Hopefully they can achieve the same in other regions before 0.4. |

For the 10th time, switch to vulkan.

" It has nothing to do with Vulkan or DX12, happens on both. Loging in an running the first map works fine. It's a network issue. i.e. unable to transfer instances after the first. Network jumps to 10k and it freezes/disconnects. I also can't play on vulkan anymore, as since 0.3.0c my whole UI randomly vanishes when there is a lot of mobs on the screen... |

Its a network issue, this is a correct assumption however it is YOUR network. Have you run Wireshark sessions to ascertain faults on your network yet? Have you checked to see if you have any interference, drop off, and or other isolation issues in your signal? Are you not on fiber optic( in 2026 almost if your not on fiber optic, that is a you problem). These are all standard things that you should be doing before you blame someone else's network. Let an engineer explain to you how network works.
You connect to the poe 2 cloud based web severs(aws prob). This connection is done through tls/ssl two way handshake. your machine passes said info into your router, that than routes it thorugh the internet aka other routers to ggg. Their cloud based web server acknoweledges and accepts the connection as long as all packet based credentials and security protocols(encryption, packet headers, etc) are all up to snuff. You then get to log in and play said game. Now this session is being held together by that two way handshake. it is your network that is acting as the foundational backbone to HOLD THE CONNECTION TO IT. GGG is the one providing all of the services which you are recieving. So if you are experiencing lag, latency, drops, disconnections, and the sort this is what is happening. Your network card is not holding that connection, it is either timing out, cannot validate and or transmit the proper information, your dns is not properly configured, and or needs to be purged, your internet is not sufficient enough in bandwidth to support said connection, there is malware slowing down your machine and or interfering with your network card, or your machine is just too potato. None of what I just mentioned above has anything to do wtih GGG. So perhaps you should check into what I mentioned, do some remediation, check your internet, check your rig, and be sure that everything is in order. Now let me be clear here, your video card is important however it has nothing to do with network connections. All it does is provide the graphical input and power necessary to show the images on your screen. Now if you where reporting black screens, freezes, stopping and then just your charecter zooms ahead at mach 12 then i would say check drivers of your gpu, check the shaders, things like that. From what you are reporting this sounds to me like you just dont have enough internet or yoru rig is trash. Before you ask my rig is below, you can see the raw difference here and I have never experienced any of the issues that you have. That said if this was a server wide issue, everyone would experience it. This is an isolated issue, to you, meaning it is rig side being in your rig, thus lending more credence towards what I said. That being this is not a GGG issue this is a you issue. Systems, IAM, Network, Threat analytics engineer signing off now. I hope you learned something today. i9 cpu 64gb of ram Nvidia Geforce 5090 gpu 1200 psu fan, liquid, and hydrogen based cooling system poe 2 build: ed contagion juiced / alt sunglasses mortar tactician (both of these builds literally blow up the screen to the point where if this was a server issue id have it to. " Stopped reading after the first sentence... I've used the same connection since PoE1 breach league with no issue, as soon as the patch dropped this issue arose. For clarity, I played over 1k hours of PoE2 before this patch... without issue (outside of the well knows EU trash servers). Again, nothing wrong with my connection to any other game, program, site, cloud service... Just PoE, after a patch. If it was an issue my end i wouldn't be able to log in an run the first map with no issues. Don't be so silly. Edit: I did play an hour last night to test the patch, and actually did not disconnect (or maybe once (?)... it still shows 0ms for 10s then >10kms for 20s when transferring to a new instance but eventually it rectifies. แก้ไขล่าสุดโดย Chalace2#1463 เมื่อ 10 ต.ค. 2025 09:27:40

I haven't found any recent post from GGG claiming there was a DDoS or anything of the like.

" They don't make posts, if its not about patch notes of microtransactions. Just random comments in promo interviews. |

Performance is still shocking on Xbox sometimes tbh, it flipped out even in my hideout earlier today.
