Hey y'all, just curious what you guys think I oughta upgrade next.




Currently level 92 so I'm still missing a few skill points. Only have the small cluster jewel on the tree so far. I also took The Agnostic, so I'm debating swapping my life flask for an Atziri's or something.

I noticed only a few things, aside from gear upgrades where you have loads of improvement:

- The exposure on your helmet is useless. Only 1 exposure of the same type can be active and WoC gives -25% while this helmet only gives -10%.
Try to upgrade your gear to fit in a Crown of the Inward eye, since it will increase your damage by ALOT.
You will need to recalculate your resistances to compensate for it though.
- I would remove a life small passive and put it on the mana/mana regen one near Battle Rouse
- Link your Arcane Cloak with Second Wind support and Arcane Surge for more uptime (and Flame Dash for shared supports)
- Link your Vaal Righteous Fire with Increased Duration and Increased AoE Support (and Sigil of Power for shared supports)
- Get quality on your support gems linked to Arc

Other than that your setup looks pretty good.
How is your mana regen though? You can improve that by getting %mana recovery on a Watcher's Eye with Clarity mod and a Shaper/Redeemer belt.

You can try to play around with other things, like:
- Omeyocan
- The Anima Stone
- Swapping Mindfulness for Openness or Scintilating Idea

Most of these things have been posted a few times in the last 20 or so pages, so you can also read back a bit.

Get another mana flask with Concentrated/Enduring prefix (depending on what you prefer) and Curing as suffix.
You're not going to press your movespeed flask when you are dying of posions, so don't place it there. The best place for it is the mana flask in my opinion (you are pressing it all the time + it has way more uses before the flask is empty).

Atziri's Promise instead of a life flask is a good idea when you're using The Agnostic, but get a 'Corrupted blood cannot be inflicted on you' implicit mod on a jewel first (cheapest would be on either the Pure Talent or a rare one, but depending on the explicit mods you want it will get expensive realy fast).

Get quality on your support gems linked to Arc.

I'm also not a fan about any added fire/cold damage, since it can screw up your exposure applied by Wave of Conviction

Move a golem gem to your (non trigger) wand and link your Vaal Righteous Fire with Increased Duration and Increased AoE Support (and Sigil of Power for shared supports)

Try to upgrade your gear to fit in a Crown of the Inward eye, since it will increase your damage by ALOT.

I just got a 6L cloak of defiance for 4ex and just learned that its itemlvl (while having decent, not the best rolls in the world) can be too high for harvest enchancts. Bye bye Mana per Quality. Seriously, this is fucking bullshit, who accounts for THAT before buying? May I would have if I already started playing back then in Harvest.

Should I try to resell the cloak or just keep it? How good is that enchant actually? Its really just 10-15 mana before passives or am I missing something? To how much mana loss this amounts with all your lvl90 passives?

I wonder how exactly how the game is calculating AS's bonuses and the buffs to the skill. I looked around a little for the answer, but couldn't find anything that really addressed the question. To me, I read "Arcane Surge grants [x]% more spell damage" as different from "supported skills deal [x]% more spell damage while you have Arcane Surge", but as specific as GGG is with their wording, sometimes you never fucking know. For instance, I'd think that 3 power charges would each provide their their own 4% more multiplier, granting you a 1.124864 damage multiplier, but PoB just stacks them and applies a 1.12 damage multiplier. So I have no idea. But AS would be pretty insanely overpowered if it worked like it did in my "ideal" scenario, so even without you having testing it, I'd be more likely to believe your setup is better as-is.

If I read it correctly it should go like this:

The Arcane Surge support has the following tooltip^:
- Arcane Surge grants (10-20)% more Spell Damage
- Arcane Surge grants (10-19)% increased Cast Speed
- Arcane Surge grants (0.5-1)% of Mana Regenerated per second
- Arcane Surge lasts 4 seconds
- Gain Arcane Surge after Spending a total of (15-400) Mana with Supported Skills
- Supported Skills deal (10-19)% more Spell Damage while you have Arcane Surge

The lines in bold should be affected by any %increased to Arcane Surge, since this is the actual Arcane Surge buff.
The last line won't be buffed since it isn't a part of the Arcane Surge buff, only the support gem (which isn't the same).

All the buffs that Hierophant, clusters, Arcane Dynamo give should apply to the bold lines, meaning that they will be in effect even if the support gem isn't part of your 6-link.
And comparing Controlled Destruction to that 19% more spell damage that is applied locally, it's better to put Arcane Surge elsewhere.

The only 2 considerations are :
- the uptime of the lvl 20 Arcane Surge vs. the generic lvl 1 Arcane Surge, since it is exactly half as good so all your %increased will also be half as effective
- the uptime of EO if you use Controlled Destruction

It shouldn't be a big problem.
This was an issue during Harvest, but they fixed it so that:
- You can apply a Harvest craft to an item up to 10 ilvls higher
- every ilvl above 83 is counted as 83

This means that you (and everyone else tbh) should try to run Harvest at least in maps with monster lvl 73 (also known as T6), so that you can always use them on every item.

The enchant is decent, but not gamechanging.
You can get up to 14 extra mana in an uncorrupted Cloak, or 15 in a corrupted one.
Since we usually have 300%+ increased mana, this gets boosted to at least 60 extra mana.
In the end it's only about 0,5-1,5% extra mana, and 0,5-1,5% extra damage.

Thanks for your reply. Well, my Horticraft station shows the Body Armor Enchant as lvl 73, my cloak shows itemlvl 84. Despite your stated fixes I simply cannot apply my beforehand saved enchant via station.

Whoops, I made a mistake here.
The max ilvl is 86, so 76 (T9 maps) will always work.
If you can get a seed 1 lvl higher it should work.

They made that fix because you can get ilvl 100 items from Divination Cards and they couldn't be crafted.

So if I get lucky and find another mana quality enchant above T9 I still can enchant my cloak, the same enchant will just have a higher lvl, right? Alright thank you very much!

Will just keep the cloak then and use my stored lvl73 enchant on sonmething else. Eventually I might get a higher lvl one.

Hey guys, my ping is kinda high and the amount of Flame Dash just lags and not dash, delay then dash or dash the go back is crazy! is there any other options I can try? thanks in advance.
