nexus gloves with implict wich have 30% less (its not 30% less overal mana just like +8% from node is not 8% from overal) mana but u have 30% to get mana from skills back

So I put HM and skilled those two keystones. It feels a bit better, but my max HP got -600 cause of the HM Jewel. Any Ideas to get more HP? I mean I could get some higher life rolls on my gloves but it will be like only 20-30 max hp ?

EDIT: I see this as a big problem, couldnt defeat baran, normally he isnt a problem for me but now he just one shots me lol

Baran is also somewhat of a fight where you have to dodge and do damage when he's not throwing those circles that explode.

You could get life on your ring and maybe get a better abyss jewel.
On a small note: The small life node near devotion is 6% life, while everything at constitution provides 5%.

So I rerolled a minion build to try this build out, spent about 3 ex on gear and another 50c on regrets to respec. However, I am dying so much in tier 11 maps that I cant get to level 90. My total /played time for this league across all my characters is 5+days but I still suck pretty bad so wanted to go back to the basics with a simple beginner build. If anyone has some time to take a look at my gear the tree should be fine. I got a lvl 21 arc and all my gems in my 6 link are lvl 20 20% quality. Thanks for the awesome reply, I did most everything I could that you advised but I'm down to 3600 life and 6k mana. I usually dont get one shot now but running stuff like ritual is a no go on red tier maps as I take damage lose all my mana, can't cast spell because no mana and die because I cant kill anything. Is it normal for arc to cost over 1000 mana per cast?
I have several builds and I really wanted to take this one to end game but out of all my builds this league this one is the squishiest. Does cloak of definace really make that big of a difference vs a nice 6L?

In regards to Arc mana cost - yes, the way these builds do damage is through very high mana costs, it all works together. Cloak is really good, returns the MoM skill point, has lots of mana and mana regen, and while wearing Crown the es increase gets translated into damage. The mana regen on elementalist is quite poor and I don't think anyone has solved it. You either get lucky with the 30/30 gloves and all goes well or you don't and then you have to run away until you get mana back. The rituals are going to be really rippy for this build so you could skip them, be ready to log out quickly, or only do them when you don't care about dying. I think you can get the build to about level 94 or 95 before it becomes really difficult to efficiently farm XP without dying. I kind of think 95 or 96 is enough levels but 98 is really nice. 99 and 100 are just miserable to farm to with almost any build and I couldn't imagine even trying with a build this rippy. You would have to run some really safe maps which don't give good XP and I still think you would die periodically and lose hours of time for each death.

You want to get mana up to about 10k, personally I prioritize that over life but not everyone agrees with that.

How's your mana regen? I think your mana empties quickly vs bosses? Try to get the jewels Enki suggests: Pure talent, tempered mind and a watcher's eye with increased mana recovery rate while affected by clarity.
Your weapons should prioritize mana. As a starter, try to get 100+ mana on each of them and hopefully some decent spell damage.
Í'd really like to suggest a crown of the inward eye and then look to get a good life, mana and resses on your boots, gloves and belt.

Small stuff:
Once you have Cloak of Defiance, take the skillpoint out of MoM.
Once you have pure talent, check if you still need might and agility (the 30 str and 30dex near MoM).
Use blessed orbs to get the implicits of your gear to their max, your current gloves for example.

Your character isn't public, we cannot see it. Leveling gets much more difficult at higher levels. You have to run more maps for the same amount of XP and it requires a lot more to get a level. I can't see your build but would suggest power farming the highest tier maps you can complete to get currency to 6l a Cloak of Defiance. For time purposes I would suggest that the level be set with the idea that you generally use three portals. Don't worry about dying, just worry about farming resources efficiently. You might also try running with a 5L CoD, probably leave off Controlled Destruction. I would store a Harvest 5l craft (make damn sure it isn't a 5 socket craft) and then whenever I could get a couple hundred fusings I would give a go at 6 linking. If it failed then I would Harvest craft back to 5l and save up for for another try. Be sure to quality the CoD before trying to get sockets and links.

Thanks for the tips, I'll try not to care so much about lvling and farming more efficiently. I turn my character public now so you guys can see my equips xD
