[3.10] OneShotKill Elemental Hit Ballista Hiero - 9.6 million DPS - EZ Boss Killer + budget friendly

Is there a reason this build doesn't use Elemental Overload with storm brand? Ancestral bond skills/totems won't proc it, but I think storm brand will. It's a 300k DPS increase per totem for normal and high end builds and should be able to curse on hit from my theory crafting.

The build already has next to no crit/multi in it anyway and taking out the 4 nodes going to lethality are all crit based so won't matter and can be used to get EO. It will be harder to get shocks (I think) which might make Xoph's a more compelling amulet. Am I missing something or would this work?

How do you use flammability without it casting with the ranged attack totem in the boots? EDIT* i found the issue, my boots have spell totem support not ranged attack totem >.<

I just want to say: "Thanks OP for great and entertaining build!". This league I made my first ever Shaper kill. And yesterday I beat my first ever Uber Elder. I think it was the worst kill in poe history, but still I did it and even on my first try with 1 portal remaining.

And I'd like to mention small things I also liked in this build. 1)You don't have to worry about six-linking something 2) You don't have to run lab dozens and dozens of time to get head enchantment (you only have to get these sweet 120% crit chance for boots, but that's easy)

You might want to buy Skirmish and try your luck at corrupting them. That's how I got mine. (though i could afford to buy one) Cost ~1-2c + 1vaal per try. Cost ~2ex, which is 340c atm.

I think my gear is outstanding most of people who follow this build yet i cannot beat uber-elder.Any tips to fight it?

PS.my control skill is lowest level yet I can beat shaper with 0 afford.

You can easily do really cheap damage upgrades:
Combat Focus Viridian Jewel (11% => 15% for 25c (or 14% for 9c))
Combat Focus Crimson Jewel (11% => 15% for 25c (or 14% for 7c))
Ranged Attack Totem Support (19 lvl => 21 lvl for 15c (you don't need any quality))
Elemental Damage with Attacks Support (19/20 => 20/20 for 17c )
Combustion support (19/20 => 20/20 for 18c)

And not so easy, but much more noticeable upgrade: get appropriate boots enchantment from lab. You should aim for "+120% increased critical strike chance if you haven´t dealt a critical strike recently" or "Damage penetrates +10% of enemy elemental resistance if we haven´t killed recently".
Your current enchant is not even working because totems kill enemies and "you've kill recently" won't proc

swap elemental damage <-> multiple totem support in your helm

you'll have 6 total totems (3 sets of 2)
