question is it worth enchanting atk speed per quality enchant on bow?

I've tried Endgame version of this and it's bad you won't get the dps nor the max hits from the pob. Don't get baited

I've been half-assing the Experimental build on my current character (No Progenesis, using QoL stuff like Phasing With Haste, no Betrayal's Sting) and I am absolutely steamrolling every single T16.5 and T17 I attempt as long as I don't do anything stupid like go in with Reduced Life Recovery mods active. It deals a pornographic amount of damage to anything that isn't an Uber Pinnacle Boss so that sounds like a skill issue to me. :V
