i dont get this Barrage-Inspiration- Added cold damage-Elemental damage with attacks-Cold Penetration-Damage on Full Life they are only support gems so what do they do together

Barrage is also a skill gem, you got the wrong one.

can this be adapted to work with scion?

Any tips for what to upgrade next? Have about 7m dps, still using death’s opus but don’t have nearly enough currency to craft a nice bow yet. Looking to get more damage, I’m ok with the amount of life I have. Appreciate any help
