I think so. Poison scales well with Despair and Temp chains. The occultist gives you +1 curse, curse hexproof, curse enemies take increased damage, nearby enemies -20% chaos res and profane pops.

You can also get Unnatural Strength from forbidden jewels.

3.19 here we go :-D

GGG stated that while the entry build is lower in DPS the ceiling you can reach is higher now. And we all know with enough investment, you could make most minion builds work before.

On top of that, the League mechanic itself (Synthesis 2.0) is very interesting.

Conclusion: If you like minions, you will have a blast in 3.19.

I think I finished making it. Now planning out the starter.

Here are the numbers for the full builds. Left side is the 3.17 SRS Necro build. I added in the new numbers for frenzy charges so all 3 builds are the same.

They make it sound like minion builds arent rewarded for finding good items...

I guess we still wait until poedb digs up all the mod and weight... but the preview didn't look that good? We can already get 30% ms and 30% inc damage on rings so the only new thing GGG showed was the minion resist implict (and they took it off passive tree!)

I know a lot of people are hoping for +1 gem on minion rings...

Surprised guardian is showing that much difference

Guardian can get block cap without offering, so can use Flesh offering. He also has 40% ias from ascendancy.

Necro needs Bone offering for block cap. and she only has 10% ias on ascendancy.

A bit of a blasphemy here, but why not just go for Spell Suppression instead of Block? You get to use better gear, too.

You will not make em like before. Unless you have spare hundreds of exalts.

Additional minions mods to gear means what it is harder to get minion or defense mods you need, which means your builds will be overall MUCH weaker then before without that hundres of exalts. And MUCH MUCH MORE WEAKER if you are casual or medium range player.

There is almost no changes only for high-end players, like always after GGG changes >_>
