nope because then you woudlnt get normal Energy recharge start normally, only trough flasks which is bad

Also I red through the guide that we needed 200 spirit ? I see 140 from CoS and Archmage, am I missing a skil that changed post nerf or can I downgrade from 200 to 140 to get other rolls on items ?

Mana regen and mana regen always mana and mana regen.

For those that are having problems with the dmg on spark, take out pierce and put controlled destruction and try to get spell cast speed, you can get 20+ on a ring and go for some nodes as well.
