10% XP loss Death Penalty Feedback!
" Should, would, hope, cope. GGG failed to deliver on this in poe1 for 12 years. Ever fought Sirus? For me, this is the worst fight i ever was confronted with in all my gaming history. Every game. Every fight. This is the absolute, the UBER low. This is SO badly scripted and clunky, how can a fight that bad make it into a live service game. And GGG didn't do anything to change that. Why? Cause people like you don't stand up, cause you 'don't mind' and with your support frustration gets the new standard in gaming feelz. Don't count on GGG to deliver something in the future, cause even in the past they didn't deliver. Even with PoE2 they didn't deliver: it's just a poe1 texture pack with slower movement speed. Count on what you have. As i count on what i have when somebody is deleting my game progression. Just because of a tiny amount of people who 'don't mind' to actively encouraging a stubborn dev team to minimize fun for everyone else. |

At the moment not all defenses are balanced. These penalties wont feel nearly as punishing when you are properly equipped to encounter the challenge. If you reached lvl 90 already then your build is pretty much done, and the last 10 lvls are just a cherry on top. Not every build possible should be capable of reaching 100 just because youm"put in the time". If the build sucks, it sucks. Armor+ES on titan is really powerful right now, so is ES+EV for most other classes. Try out CI and notice how much of the difficulty is straight up trivialized.
xp loss feels fine to me personally. if you are dying a lot at this point in the game you need to make some considerations in your build. I do agree that pinnacle bosses should have more than 1 attempt given the nature of their 1 shot mechanics, but having no consequences to dying because you decided you didnt need to build defenses in favor of more damage then you are literally building for that kind of trade off. it sucks when you die and lose a map, but I like the exhilaration that comes with it. That and i dont feel like im wasting an attempt when someone wants to trade, or i have a lot of loot to haul. |

Usually by deflecting onto others online, and calling them bad. Kind of like what you're doing. People die randomly all the time. You saying it never happens is just a lie. And you're running around shaming and blaming people instead of admitting this. Aren't you? :) And even if it NEVER happened in game, which we both know is a lie. You're not fooling anyone. Real life stuff happens too. Like, lots of people still have questionable internet sometimes. Or the power can go out. I play life/evasion based melee monk. capped on all resis + 85% eva + 35% phis reduction(not that it reduces phis by 35). Tried it all. 349 deaths and counting. Hard stuck at 92 coz i dont want to grind white maps till i go insane. God forbid i get oneshot in those. I would permaquit. |

Completely agree!
I get the exp penalty in the first one because you don't lose anything else, you still have more portals to get to your map. But in here loosing you map, all the mechanics in it AND the xp feels way too much. At least 1 of those things need to be removed and I think the xp penalty should be the one. |
