POE2 - Audio Bug When Equipping/Unequipping Skill/Support Gems

I encountered the bug too,
I have demon form equipped as a skill as well and it had a support gem that I did not have sufficient attribute for.

What I did was to make sure I have sufficient attribute and now the buggy repetitive "gem sound" does not drone on anymore..
