Go back in the thread and you will find a workaround.
But in resume: Everytime you enter your map, hit "U" to show the atlas and look if there is fog. If the fog is covering the maps, get out of the map and enter again and keep repeating until there is no fog while you are inside the map.

If there is no fog, you can do the map and it will complete.
If there is fog, keep getting out and entering the map again until it clears the fog.

Edit.: If its your first time opening the atlas (for example, you just login) and it has fog, go to another area, like some place in the campaign and back to your hideout. Repeat until it clears.
