Map failed when disconnected from server with several portals left

and today again loosing maps, can you fix it please?

Same happened AGAIN a few minutes ago. Abnormal disc and Fractured Lake unique map failed at the very end with 4 portals remaining and 0 deaths. Happened in the caverns too the other day. This is beyond frustrating guys, fix the bugs that make the game unplayable instead of trying to please every one button spamming crybaby. We suffered through the whole campaign pre-nerfs to reach the endgame and its more or less completely broken. Losing a map is ok, but we can't get our atlas passives without having to grind around for hours in hopes to find the maps you need, only for them to bug out and lose progress. It happens in Citadels and bosses as well. It's disheartening to say the least.

I wrote to support about this and their response is "I'm sorry to hear that this has happened. Unfortunately I'm afraid we are not able to restore items, progress, or characters to players under any circumstances for a variety of reasons. I apologise for not being able to assist you with this request."

Is this normal? Progression loss is the worst thing you can experience in a game. It's terrible that there is no compensation.

Same here, sad to hear that is all supposedly because of DDOS and that there is no further information if its getting looked into or not

Every Day the same Shit with the EU Servers, lost 3 Legy Maps because of this. No Fun anymore. Pls GGG Fix ur Game and Servers

This problem is present since Daewn launch. How can this not be the highest prio?

2 times disconnection while doing the phaaryl megalith map and cannot get atlas passive point. i stuck at 38 point. GGG please fix this shit

Yeah lost also 2 phaaryl megalith maps. Best Part before the last Disconnect i finished a normal t11 Map, i portal out and disconnect, now all Loot is gone and Map failed, what is this shit.
