Fun! is the key word. 0.1 was broken beyond but it was FUN! 0.2 removed the Fun and we are left with only punishment upon punishment + downside to any would be Fun thing.

Complete dismissal of feeling like your progress is STOLEN and derailment into build discussion.

Lima, mate. no matter what the build is, DOES NOT MATTER, it can be "Immortal" per se. If that build dies at any point and DELETES/STEALS progress of weeks then its NOT FUN! That is the ROOOT of this discussion.


The abused exile mind cannot hold a coherent thought and maintain a focus on the discussion at hand.

He always need to bring his feelings, deflection, his entire life experience, just so he can cloud his mind from the abuse of weeks of progress being wiped by GGG.

Gaining exp has no skill, no achievement, just plain arduous grind, and losing it is nothing than pure disrespect of your time from GGG, because they are not the ones playing it.

This isn't the "Path of Exile 2 Builds" section of the forum, it is the "Early Access Feedback Section". Nobody here is talking about builds, nor is it the problem. The problem is the game itself having way too much downsides and punishment and 0 dopamine or any good feeling mechanics. Exp loss is one of those problems, a pointless penalty that wipes away people's hours of earned progress. I've never seen anyone try so hard to blame the players for a problem within the game. Like no, not every bad game design can just be """overcome""" by buying a few items for 200 divines. You'll still get random oneshots and on-death effect bs even on an ES build. This is the game's problem, not the player.

if you are dying too much in t15, consider playing t1 maps instead. if you wanna play higher tier maps that are juiced, invest in upgrades.

so we can understand whats going on. because if you apply a little bit of common sense, one shot happens when the damage exceeds your ehp.

You are telling us that we should not be dying...

When will you get it trough that head of yours that WE DONT MIND DYING in maps. That is what tells us that we need to improve on certain things! We lose ALLL the extra content if we die in a map and THAT IS FINE.

What is NOT FINE is that ON TOP OF THAT the exp from 20 previous maps that i did A WEEK AGO GETS STOLEN!

theres a way to prove this. remove all your gear and start a new map. you may equip only attribute items so your skills can function. now, if you do somehow die, as you should -- it means your gear is lackluster. but if you want, you can continue playing without items.

as soon as you come to terms that gear upgrades improves the playing experience, you can start buying items from people who spent time crafting and picking up amazing loot off the ground and price-checking them. the sellers will be happy that their items are being bought. it feels rewarding for the sellers. they feel reason to continue playing. they will use their sale profit to buy better gear.

so no xp loss removal for you.

Nope, I'm gonna give my feedback about this clearly bad game design until its fixed. You're just trying to chase players away from the game because I guess you want it to end up with 0 players?
PoE business model in based on donations.

it can have 10000000 active players but only losses financially.
