For me this was another thing on a pile of garbage that made me quit the game.
same here it's just boring
As a Minion player, I hate these things.
The visual effect of the orbs is hidden behind my minions.
So I literally just die suddenly.

These volatile orbs are way too powerful for a thing that has such a small visual effect.

Awfully specific amount there...
I quit the game early May because of this shit. 3 weeks after it still does not nerfed?
With Ritual i dont understand the dev teams thinking?

Dev: Lets add Rituals to maps
Me: great idea, but you need to design the map layout to be able to accomodate the ritual circle in full
Dev: Nah thats too much work, just randomly hoof them in and call it an added layer of danger and frustration.

Dev: ooooh lets add those plant things that spit out homeing chaos balls that explode in 500 milliseconds
Me: Really?.....in a map that doesnt have space for a ritual you now want to add an almost impossible mechanic to avoid in such a confined map area?
Dev: yep!

I'm level 89 with 83% chaos res.....2400 life....82% evasion....full res capped...
And those friggin balls seem to be everywhere and wreck you in half a second
Don't tell me to dodge roll because most of the maps have huge choke points and invisble barriers in the terrain that stops you rolling out

Its not a game anymore, its torture.
RIP poe 1 for this mirror image with the fun removed.
Been here since Open Beta.

The plants are super annoying specially if the rare has proximal intangibility. SO you need to stay in a small area and are very likely to get hit if you make one missclick

Same feeling, I'm playing minions and often getting killed by them because I cannot see them coming at me. Sometimes they straight up spawn multiple of them underneath me.

If you get hit by a mob and one is close, sometimes you can't move and get insta killed.

There are some rituals where moving freely is almost impossible and there are tons of animations going on at the same time and your minions are dead and you have to run away for 8 seconds until they respawn just to get wiped a little bit later.

This is absolutely atrocious.
