Loot nerf after last patch (0.2h)?

This is precisely what has happened.

It's very easy to see the differences if you were specced into strongboxes.

They are obviously tinkering behind the scenes.
Maybe the loot after the first buff was a tiny bit too much...but now it feels too low again.


This is all 100% a fact and GGG not posting this makes me trust them less. They did the same after patch H
The ratio of Exalted drops on maps should be at least half of however many rares drop.
If they don't, mapping cost and checking gear for anything good to sell will always been a currency sink.
Played a few maps when loot was buffed, felt good, logged out.


Just logged in, ran a map, loot felt good, logged out.


Sounds like cope, I did a 2 mod t15 with zero tower buffs and got 8 exalts

Seriously, GGG is implementing hidden nerfs in the background. I farmed 60 Maps yesterday. All of them contained a minimum of +15 quantity. My towers had +20 quantity. I didn't see a single divine orb in the maps I returned with a total of 50 60 quantity. My character has 79 rarity. I think the update they made was only for equipment... And this feels bad.

They did same in og Path of Exile, anyone remember when they released league and "forgot" add to patch notes info about internal item quantity nerf? They kept this under rug, until some streamers started be vocal about it.

Ofc back then boot-lickers been saying same things about players 1M4g1n4t10n and that nothing changed.

Ofcourse it's rng. But they turned it down. That's the whole argunment. The term rng doesn't excuse how bad it is. Its too low to have an enjoyable experience. The argunment is that they turned it down shortly after the patch to buff it.


Loot is fine, I guarantee you its all in your head.

You should check out some guides on how to roll maps and use towers.
The loot is definitely not worse then before .h. Its obvious as all hell.

That said, no amount of loot drop rate hiking will fix the generally BAD loot.

Most of the uniques are utter complete garbage, in fact, i dare say, the larger percentage of uniques in this game, are the worst in the entire genre stemming across 25+ years. I've never seen such a huge amount of straight up trash labelled as 'unique'. lol. But hey, whatever.

And then ofc, is the great pool dilutor affixes that are 100% completely useless, bring nothing to the game, and only fuck over 99.9999999% of you gambling attempts (errr, sorry... i meant 'crafting').
