Making mistakes and learning from them is normal, especially when under great stress, and working at a scale you hadn't worked at previously. Growth is bumpy, not smooth. Example: adolescence. There are plenty of things in the game to be annoyed at, but there's nothing to worry about.

You're substituting concepts. We're not talking about which classmate a student should kiss. We are talking about a fairly large studio. And the big revelation for me was that they had only recently hired an analyst. As much as I dislike analysts in general, there should be 1-3 analysts for one large project anyway. And now there is a situation where developers look like people who don't even play their game, but don't fully understand it at all. From the thinking community, this looks extremely negative. They already made a similar change in the previous patch.
But then few people noticed it, as well as many changes to the base patch 0.2.0

"Fixed a bug where existing items and skills did damage."
I don't know why so many people on this board are in love with catastrophe, but it seems like a lot of extra work. A company being slow to hire is a good thing. Would you rather have a AAA-style mass layoff and department closure culture? Much better to only hire people when you want them to stay for many years.

Most of them have never really built anything so they don't understand how it works.
