New update and continued console game crashing!?!??!??

Would it be such a big ask for you to test any updates before you release them?

I'm not playing the game without sound enabled on the off chance that it might not crash after 2 minutes but after 5 minutes instead. You'll be telling us to turn the picture off next and to just use our imaginations.

2)the sounds disappeared after the last sound improvement software update,it is not possible to send an error report, because the problem is in the sounds

PS4. The last freeze occurred when entering Kingsmarsh, when the NPC started saying something.
Just now. Silo map. Frozen on boss's phrase. Game completely frozen, but sound continues playing and last word boss looped ... frie frie frie...

I found a work around, sort of… I muted SFX, Music Volume, Ambient Sound Volume, and Dialogue Volume.

I can play again, but boy is it a shitty experience without sound! No Pavlovian response dopamine hits. No awesome explosions or shatters, no lamentations of the women as I crush my enemies and see them driven before me…

Sucks real, real bad without sound. You miss a TON of what is going on without being able to have the sound on.

Still unplayable IMO.

NO NOT FIXED!!!!! Thx GGG for having no sound to try and play and just 1 shotted my HC char. Not knowing what was going on with no sound or affects. Unplayable still. Freeze with sound. 1 shot with no sound. 2 days wasted on this. No WAY I'm going to try and complete gauntlet campaign

If this were to happen on the PC version it would've been fixed within an hour. And now it is the weekend so hopefully there will be a fix on monday, but given their history it might not be fixed until the next expansion.

bad patch, i can't do 1 single map

i'm playing on my ps4, game still crashing, it take just a few minutes after you log in. hope GGG will fix it immediately. . .

i'm already tried rebuilding my ps4 database but still it freeze in the game.

We probably lost a third of the first ever console gauntlet because they are not going to fix it before it ends. Probably wont get any kind of compensation either

Is there any news about the freezing issue on PS4 and PS5?
