Why is warrior getting nerfed?

Better question. Why warrior getting nerfed while Deadeye is buffed. This is so beyond incopetent and out of touch.

Urza, it doesn't matter. The fact that they haven't released the passive tree changes. Could be an indication that they're waiting to see what the public perception is. So that when they iterate on the patch notes they can adjust to what is perceived to be strong vs weak. Some of the points in these threads if they make sense they may call an audible on warrior/deadeye/life etc.
People need to give their feedback and leave it up to GGG to read it or take it into consideration. Warrior players can and should speak up right now. |

" Passive tree doesnt matter. Its not like it's going to magicaly change and start giving % health on many nodes. They give free fire to chaos converstion to mage meanwhile they give reduced AOE to warriors. Lmao. And you dont need to go far, Chinese players already said "dont play warrior" they already checked out passive tree. |

Well there are some things going for warrior in this patch:
New flammability mechanic: makes 1h maces viable for ignite builds. Blocking applies to all hits: great for shield skills. Resonating shield builds are a thing, though most if not all use the deepest tower. Still, most builds use deepest tower regardless of the main skill. So resonating shield may end up being stronger defensively in 0.3. No CD for shield charge: if they don't nerf stomping ground too much on lower tiers (or all tiers), it's huge for leveling and makes shield charge builds way better. And again, blocking applies to all hits. Armour applies to elemental damage: there are big problems with this one, but hey, it's still a buff. Infernal cry: it's certainly a nerf for bossing, but we're getting more empowered attacks per IC and with magma barrier active, there's gonna be basically no CD. Sucks to have to use another button for clearing, but this may help 1h maces against white/blue mobs until you get a top dps mace. Boneshatter still stronk.
